Plasma Gel, Threads and Botox
Combined facial harmonisation protocol: plasma, polydioxanone (PDO) threads and botulinum toxin.

About the treatment
PRF (Platelet-Rich Fibrin) is a fresh, enhanced material of autologous origin (from the patient), obtained through venepuncture, centrifuged and with no additives. It improves skin hydration and texture and the production of collagen and elastin, filling facial folds.
The orofacial threads used are made of polydioxanone (PDO), hypoallergenic, 100% resorbable, and can be smooth or barbed. The thread degrades through an inflammatory process generated during its insertion. Inserting the thread into the skin through a needle or cannula creates a trauma that causes inflammation and stimulates neocollagenesis, with the consequent formation of collagen and elastin.
Botulinum toxin is a neurotoxin whose function is to block muscle signals. Applied in small quantities, it acts on the muscles of the head and neck, causing muscle relaxation. Reduction of wrinkles caused by muscle movement; note: wrinkles resulting from muscle contraction will not be attenuated.
